Who is responsible for your information

Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and a message or project details. I also receive the information you include when you email me and the content of any subsequent correspondence.

Providing information is voluntary; there is no legal obligation to submit an enquiry. The form’s required fields must be completed to send it. Without contact details and enough information to understand your request, I may be unable to respond or discuss the proposed work. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

How I use enquiry information

I use the information to answer your enquiry, discuss potential work, prepare a proposal, and manage a professional relationship that results from our conversation. Relevant correspondence may also be needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or a marketing mailing list.

Hosting, forms, and email providers

This website is hosted on Framer. Its native form service processes contact-form submissions and sends them to my Gmail inbox at seemradcliffe@gmail.com. Framer and Google process the information needed to provide their respective services, including hosting, form delivery, email, and security.

These providers may process information outside Israel. Their handling of information is described in their applicable service terms and privacy notices: framer.com/legal/privacy-statement and policies.google.com/privacy. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Technical information and website statistics

Delivering and protecting the website involves technical requests to Framer and related service infrastructure. These requests can include information such as an IP address, browser or device details, and the page requested.

Framer also provides built-in website statistics, such as page views, referral sources, and approximate country and device information. Framer describes its native analytics as operating without cookies or persistent identifiers. This describes Framer’s native analytics specifically; it is not a statement about the practices of websites or services reached through external links.

This portfolio includes embedded YouTube video. Loading the player or playing the video connects your browser to Google/YouTube. Google may receive your IP address, the page address, and information about your interaction with the player, and may set or read cookies. This processing is separate from Framer’s native analytics and is described in Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

How long information is kept

The relevant retention period depends on the purpose of the correspondence, whether an enquiry leads to a project, and any applicable recordkeeping or dispute-related requirements. Enquiry and project records may therefore have different retention periods.

You can contact me to ask about information held about you or request deletion. A request may be subject to records that must still be retained under applicable law or are needed for an ongoing legal matter.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information held about you and ask for inaccurate information to be corrected. You may also request deletion or ask that a particular use of your information stop, where applicable.

Send your request to seemradcliffe@gmail.com. I may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. If a request cannot be fulfilled, I will explain the reason.

External links and policy updates

Links to client websites, LinkedIn, and other external destinations take you to services operated independently. Their own privacy notices govern their handling of information.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or the way enquiries are handled. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Privacy questions can be sent to seemradcliffe@gmail.com.
